Tata Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on October 27, 2021 has approved the Audited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. As per Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said financial results were published in the following newspapers on October 28, 2021: Business Standard (English); The Free Press Journal (English); and Navshakti (Marathi).
