Marico has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today on October 28, 2021 approved the un-audited financial results of the company and its consolidated entities (the company and its subsidiaries) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 (the ‘Financial Results’). The Financial Results and Statutory Auditors' Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed as Annexure I and declared an Interim Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 of Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 each. As intimated through its letter dated October 13, 2021, the record date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the said interim dividend shall be Tuesday, November 9, 2021. The Interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or before Friday, November 26, 2021. The Board meeting commenced at 12 noon and subsequent to the approval of the above matters, the meeting will continue till its scheduled time till 4.30 pm.
