In pursuance with the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Purohit Construction has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the company held on 28th October, 2021 at the registered office of the company at Ahmedabad has approved the Standalone Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended on 30th September, 2021. The Unaudited results have been sent on conclusion of the said meeting. The company enclosed the copy of newspaper in which the said unaudited results have been published in the newspapers, ‘Free Press Gujarat (English) and Lok Mitra (Gujarati)’ on 29th October, 2021.
