Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III -Part-A 16(i) of the SEBI [LODR] Regulations, 2015, Sical Logistics has informed that the Resolution Professional has received 3 resolution plans on 29th October, 2021 (the last day for submission of Resolution plans as per deadline stipulated in latest Form-G). The opening of sealed envelopes is scheduled for early next week. After review of these resolution plans, the Resolution Professional shall present compliant resolution plans to the Committee of Creditors for further consideration.
