In this regard, the company submitted: The Promoters/ Promoter Group/ Group Companies do not have any interest in the entity that has awarded the project to NCC, The same does not fall under the ‘Related Party Transactions’, The details of the contracts awarded is given in the enclosure; and The above contract need to be executed with in a period of 36 months from the date of the award.
