IL&FS Transportation Networks’ subsidiary Jharkhand Road Project Implementation Company has implemented the Ranchi-Patratu Dam Road, a part of the Jharkhand accelerated road development programme of the Government of Jharkhand. The said programme was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand and dedicated to the public effective November 21, 2012.
The length of the road is 35.27 km consisting of 16.60 km of four lanes and 18.27 km of two lanes with paved shoulder. The Government of Jharkhand will pay a semi-annual annuity of Rs. 25.06 crores for the O&M period of 15 years.
