Yes Bank has completed the transaction for sale of stake in Yes Asset Management (India) (YESAMC) and Yes Trustee (YTL), both wholly owned subsidiaries of Yes Bank to GPL Finance and Investments. Therefore, YESAMC and YTL ceased to be subsidiaries of the Bank on and from November 1, 2021.

Yes Bank is engaged in providing banking services, including corporate and institutional banking, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance, branch banking, business and transaction banking, and wealth management.
