Acrysil has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Acrysil (the 'Company') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2021; any other matter as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide during the course of the meeting. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from October 01, 2021 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the results. Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open from November 14, 2021.
