Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board will fix Monday, November 22, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members of the Company for the payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board.
