With reference to the email bearing Ref No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KS/2021-2022/852 received today i.e. November, 10 2021, in reference with the significant movement in the price of shares of the company at the BSE Platform in the recent period of time; Commercial Syn Bags has clarified that there is no such event or information which have a bearing on the operations or the performance of the company as are required to be intimated to the BSE under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Therefore, the price movement and the volume of the shares traded in the recent past at the BSE platform is purely market-driven and we further confirm and stated that there is no such event or information which needs to be disclosed further in that matter.
