Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Easy Trip Planners has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today November 11, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 1 (50%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs 2 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22. Total payout of Interim Dividend is Rs 10,86,45,000. The said Dividend on Equity Shares will be dispatched/credited to those Members whose name appears on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the Equity shares as on ‘Record Date’ Monday, November 22, 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before 10th December, 2021. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 10.57 am. The aforesaid information will also be hosted on the website of the Company at www.easemytrip.com.
