Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, Loyal Textile Mills has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 11th November 2021 has approved the closure of Loyal International Sourcing, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Loyal International Sourcing is not a material subsidiary of the Company and has shut down its business operations from FY 2017-18 onwards. Disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed.
