(Copy of Financial Results alongwith Limited Review Report is attached) and took note of NCLT Order dated 06.10.2021 regarding Approval of Scheme of Amalgamation of the company (Steel Stripes) with SAB Industries. Scheme has become effective from 19.10.2021 with the appointed date of 1st April, 2019. The meeting commenced at 1:45 pm and concluded at 2.35 pm.
