Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HLV has enclosed postal ballot notice for seeking approval of Members of the Company for related party transactions. The notice is being sent to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited and whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories as on Cut-off Date i.e., Friday, 12 November, 2021. Members holding shares in physical mode and who have not updated their email addresses with the Company are requested to update their email addresses as per the instructions given in the enclosed Notice. The voting period will commence from Saturday, 20th November, 2021 and ends at 5:00 pm (IST) on Sunday, 19th December, 2021.
