Kitex Garments has informed that pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Company has incorporated a new subsidiary company under the name of 'Kitex Apparel Parks Limited' (KAPL) on November 18, 2021 under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India and shall be engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of Infantswear manufacturing and other allied activities.
