Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI (LODR)], Somany Ceramics has informed that the Board of Directors have approved the investment up to an amount not exceeding Rs 115 Crores in one or more tranches, in Somany Piastrelle, by way of combination of subscription of equity shares and inter corporate loan, as and when required. Out of the approved investment of Rs 115 Crores, the Company has now invested Rs 9,50,00,000 in Somany Piastrelle towards the acquisition of equity shares by way of right issue. The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD 1412015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure -A.
