Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that Company / RTA had received some requests from the shareholders for issue of duplicate share certificates and in response, the Company / RTA had advised the necessary procedure. Further, upon receipt of valid documents executed by Company / RTA, the Company at its Stakeholders' Relationship Sub Committee meeting held on 16/11/2021, approved issuance of duplicate share certificates to the shareholders in lieu of original share certificates reported lost and the said duplicate share certificates have been issued and dispatched to the shareholders on 19/11/2021. The details of the shareholders to whom the duplicate share certificate have been issued are enclosed.
