In furtherance to letter dated November 11, 2021, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Policy on Determination of Materiality, Greenpanel Industries has informed that the manufacturing operations at Company's MDF plant situated at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, which was temporarily closed with effective from November 11, 2021, has resumed after installation of Mat Heating System with effective from November 24, 2021.
