Indo Thai Securities has received approval from Board of Directors to incorporate subsidiary company. The proposed subsidiary shall be engaged in establishment and carrying on the business of research, development, marketing, selling and distribution of such products which will be used for eliminating pollution created by the surface transport. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 27, 2021 has approved the same.
