Dish Tv India has informed that the Company has received a communication from Yes Bank ('YBL') on December 2, 2021, through which YBL has furnished a copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court under which the Hon'ble Supreme Court has, pending further orders, stayed the operation of the Notices dated November 5, 2021, issued by Office of Crime Branch, Gautam Buddh Nagar under Section 102 of the Cr. P.C, 1973 which restricted YBL from dealing in and/or exercising any rights over 44,53,48,990 Equity shares of the Company held by it.
