Gokaldas Exports has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company have approved the allotment of 42,500 equity shares of Rs 5 each to employees who have exercised their options under the Gokaldas Exports Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2018. The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.
