Kopran has informed that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 8th December, 2021 at the Registered Office, to consider issue of Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Promoter, Promoter Group and Others as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from 3rd December, 2021, will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
