The 7% Cumulative Non-Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company are not listed on the Stock Exchange. In this regard, the Company enclosed the summary of the proceedings as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
