Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereto, the Company had duly published the Notice of 33rd Annual General Meeting in two newspapers 'Financial Express' in English and 'Navshakti' (Mumbai Edition) in Marathi on December 5, 2021.
