Gian Life Care to enter into agreement with KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center

Gian Life Care has received approval to enter into Management & Operation Services agreement with KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center to come into effect from December 15, 2021. The said agreement/ tie-up will allow Gian Life Care to mark its presence in the city of Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan. The said agreement is expected to enhance revenue/ turnover of Gian Life Care by approximately Rs 3 crore annually.

By the said tie-up, the Net Profit of Gian Life Care is expected to increase by around Rs 30-35 lakh annually. Gian Life Care shall further invest Rs 1 crore on upgrading the infrastructure of KCJ Diagnostic and Research Center which shall further increase the revenue/ turnover from Rs 3 crore to around Rs 5-6 crore in the near future.

Gian Life Care is engaged in the business of providing diagnostic and related healthcare services.
