Euro Ceramics has received an approval for sale or disposal surplus land of the Company, subject to the approval of the members of the Company under Section 293(1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956 and such other approvals as may be required.
The board at its meeting held on November 30, 2012 has approved the same.
Euro Ceramics incorporated in 2002 manufactures wide range of vitrified ceramic tiles, calcareous tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom tiles and concepts and aluminum extruded sections.
