With reference to earlier letter dated October 29, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gokaldas Exports has informed that the Board of directors of the Company have approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Dubai, UAE. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFDICMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure l.
