Pursuant to Regulation 31A(8)(c) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and amendment(s) thereto, Tokyo Finance has informed that the Company has submitted Application for reclassification of promoters from Promoter Category to Public Category on 3rd March,2021 at BSE for their approval. Further, approval of shareholders in favour of reclassification with requisite majority as obtained in the 27th Annual general Meeting of the Company has already been intimated to stock exchanges on 02nd September, 2021 within stipulated time.
