Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Superhouse has informed that the company has purchased 62550 Equity shares of Rs 10 each (2.42%) of its Associate Company Creemos International, an unlisted company, from Modriba Hygiene Solution for the consideration of Rs 41.28 lacs. Subsequent to the above purchase of shares, the equity shareholding of the company in Creemos International increased from 48.63% to 51.05%. Now Creemos International has become subsidiary of the Company.
