UP-RERA has appointed Delhi-based consultancy company, Rudrabhishek Enterprises (REPL) as Third Party Consultants to monitor physical & financial progress of projects in Greater Noida. These include Casa Grande 2 of Earthcon Construction; La Palacia of Newtech La Palacial; and Unibera Towers of Unibera Developers.
Total number of units in these projects are 1925 and the estimated cost of completion will be approximately Rs 310.67 crore. REPL will monitor the construction of remaining development work and report to authority as per overall project implementation plan. For the completion of various real estate projects that are stuck up in the middle, the UP-RERA has been working on resolution by involving consultants.
