Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Engineers India has informed that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide its letter no. CA-31018/2/2021-PNG (38061) dated 10. 12.2021 (received on 13.12.2021) has communicated that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for extension of the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance), Engineers India assigned to Vartika Shukla, Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India for a further period of six months with effect from 01.01.2022 or till the appointment of a regual incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
