GAIL (India) has informed that on 17,12,2021, the company (GAIL (India)) and Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals (GACL) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for setting up 500 KLPD Bio Ethanol Plant in Gujarat and exploring other business opportunities of mutual interest, MoU was signed in the august presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendrabhai Patel. This is in compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
