In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Trident has informed that the Company has received request for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the share certificate reported lost. The duplicate share certificate shall be issued upon completion of all the applicable formalities to the satisfaction of Company. The company enclosed the details of the share certificate reported lost.
