Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ishaan Infrastructures and shelters has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Saturday, 13th November, 2021 and the same meeting commenced at 06.00 pm and concluded at 07.00 pm. In that meeting the Board has considered and approved the un-audited financial results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2021. As per mail dt. 9th December 2021 received from bse for discrepancies in standalone financial statement regarding unsigned result copy received, so the company uploaded the sign copy of financial statement for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.
