Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the shareholder Rajendra Kumar Mundra on December 18, 2021, Olympia Industries has informed regarding loss of Share Certificate by the shareholder. The Duplicate Share Certificate will be issued after receipt of all necessary documents as required from the shareholder subject to approval of Share Transfer Committee Meeting post completion of the necessary formalities by the shareholder.
