In continuation to letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/355/2021-22 dated October 12, 2021 in respect of the submission of applications to BSE and NSE for reclassification of The Oriental Insurance Company to 'Public' category from 'Promoter' category, Axis Bank has informed that the exchanges vide their respective letters dated December 20, 2021 have granted their approval for the reclassification of aforementioned promoter to 'Public' category from 'Promoter' category.
