Karur Vysya Bank has informed regarding Closure of Trading Window. Pursuant to Bank's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and any amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Saturday, January Of, 2022 till the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2021 and two days thereafter. During this period, no trading shall be made in the Bank's securities by the Directors, Promoters and Promoters Group, Designated Persons, all Connected Persons and Immediate Relatives as defined in the Code of Conduct.
