The shareholding of the Company has increased from 52.18% to 100% of the total shareholding in Sandhar Daewha Automotive Systems. Accordingly, SDASPL has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
Sandhar Technologies has established itself as manufacturer of automobile accessories, safety locks, door hardware etc.
