In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Cyber Media (India) has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall remain closed from January 01, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 to the stock exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the aforesaid financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 shall be intimated in due course.
