Sunil Agro Foods has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to, time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3 Quarter ended 31st December, 2021. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company’s Shares/Securities. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the 3 Quarter ended 31st December, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
