Pursuant to Securities And Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Insider Trading Regulations) and Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (the Code) adopted by the Company, Narayana Hrudayalaya has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per the Code and their immediate relatives) from 1st January, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ending 31st December, 2021. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for approving the Financial Results for third quarter ending 31st December, 2021 shall be intimated in due course.
