Ducon Infra technologies has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company, Ducon Infratechnologies shall remain closed from 1st January, 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the dissemination of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2021.
