Trident has informed that the 'Trading Window' is being closed, in compliance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, with effect from Saturday the 1st day of January, 2022 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2021 will be considered. The date of Board Meeting, as aforesaid, shall be intimated in due course of time.
