PC Jeweller has informed that in terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate. Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, trading window for trading / dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from December 31, 2021 for the purpose of consideration and approval of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021. The date of Board meeting for approval of the aforesaid results and re-opening of trading window shall be informed in due course.
