Sobha’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Sobha Highrise Ventures has disposed off 100% equity shares in Annalakshmi Land Developers (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Sobha Highrise Ventures). The consideration received from such disposal is around Rs 10.97 crore and the share transfer deed executed on December 30, 2021.

Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
