Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), Mega Corporation has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons’ covered under the Code of Conduct, from 01st January 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
