Amco India has informed that with reference to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of Amco India shall remain closed from 1st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & nine months ended on 31st December, 2021. The Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Directors, employees, Auditors and other designated employees or persons of the Company including immediate relatives of any of them. During this period none of the above-mentioned persons are permitted to deal in the securities of the Company in any manner whatsoever.
