Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Pagaria Energy has informed that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting in which results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
