Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with, Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Andhra Paper has informed that Anish T. Mathew, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has tendered his resignation on account of personal reasons. He will be relieved as CFO upon closure of business hours on January 24, 2022. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
