State Bank of India invests $20 million in Pine Labs: Report

State Bank of India (SBI) has reportedly invested $20 million in Pine Labs. This investment is in sync with the government’s recent push to PSBs to partner and align with new age fintechs as part of the development of digital ecosystem in the country. The bank had, last year, invested in banking technology start-up Cashfree.

SBI is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
